POPGOES Arcade Steam giveaway

This retro-styled RPG takes place in a colourful forest packed with enemies, hidden details, useful items, and new areas to unlock. It belongs to the official "Five Nights at Freddy’s" spin-off series, but the format is different from the main games. The focus is on exploring an expanding map, fighting corrupted animals, collecting abilities, and uncovering secrets linked to the wider "POPGOES" world.

The Steam edition contains two full campaigns. "The Dead Forest" introduces "Popgoes the Weasel", "Manora the Mouse", and other characters while sending players on a mission to save the forest. Classic "FNAF" faces, including "Chica" and "Foxy", also appear. After the first story is fully completed, "The Machinist" becomes available as a built-in sequel with new locations, enemies, abilities, and extra story material.

Progress opens more of the map and creates access to fresh battles and discoveries. Weapons and abilities provide different options during encounters, while easter eggs and pieces of lore reward careful exploration. The second campaign adds features such as Overkill and Scrap Coins.

A customisable room displays collected weapons and trophies, making progress easy to track. The Bestiary and The Index keep records of encountered enemies, and there are 50 Steam achievements divided between the two chapters. The "Fighting Chance" overhaul introduces Battle Gifts, which add random modifiers to battles, while also redesigning various abilities, mechanics, and visuals. Overall, this is a bright arcade-style adventure built around exploration, combat, and a darker mystery hiding beneath its cheerful presentation.
